Salvinorinas A
Salvinorinas A — pagrindinė veiklioji Salvia divinorum medžiaga. Salvinorin A yra terpenoidas, cheminė formulė C23H28O8.[1] Skirtingai, negu žinomi opiodai - receptorių ligandai, salvinorinas A nėra alkaloidas, nes nėra aminas.[2] Salvinorinas A neįtakoja 5-HT2A serotonino receptorių, bet selektyvus κ agonistas.[1][2][3] Aktyvi dozė 200 µg.[1][3][4][5] Salvorinų veiklumas neturi klasikinės[6] farmakodinaminės sąsajos[7] su toksiškumu — didelės dozės, eksperimentiniais duomenimis su gyvūnais, nepažeidžia organų. [8][9][10]
Salvinorino A sintezė
Sintetinti bandyta RMIT Universitete iš cykloheksanono su funkcine grupe ir α,β-nesočiojo laktono. [11][12]
Salvinorinai, lyginamoji analizė
Salvinorinas A priklauso salvorinų grupei. Salvinorinas A gali būti susintetintas acetilinant salvoriną B. Teoriškai, manyta, kad salvorinas C bus aktyvesnis už salvoriną A, tačiau eksperimentiniai duomenys parodė priešingai - salvorinas A yra vienintėlis aktyvus savo grupės narys.[10]
